He fully immerses himself in any company that he works with and has a thorough knowledge of the business and the challenges that it faces.
As a result, he comes across as a senior executive or manager of the business as opposed to someone who is hired from time to time.
PVC Building Supplies recently employed Kevin to run a half-day session at our January sales kick off meeting and Kevin skilfully covered topics including high performance, transformational relationships and maximising our value proposition. The session went very well indeed and he definitely hit the sweet spot.

To Kevin’s enormous credit he also managed to skilfully build into his session a number of messages that we wanted him to get across to our team in relation to our business and the wider industry.
